
So how does American Gumption work from a business sense? How is the American Gumption Project funded?
Content is king. Steve believes the regular production of great content will allow him to fund the American Gumption Project. Video interviews will be the foundational content medium. That content will be repurposed as short videos, podcasts, social posts, and both long- and short-form written blog posts.
This content will be beneficial to a Primary Sponsor, Other Sponsors, and Business Partners.
Here is a brief description of how each of these three business associates could work:
Primary Partner/Sponsor:
- On-going long term business relationship
- Brand Ambassador
- Promotional work
- Internal corporate team building
- External marketing/sales campaigns
- Advertising campaigns
- Industry representation and/or Advocate/Ambassador
- This role will only be available to one select organization whose corporate mission and values align with Gumption principles and Steve?s values/purpose
Other Sponsors:
- On-going long term business relationship
- Brand placement and integration with either American Gumption or one of the sub-Gumption brands
- Website advertising
- RV advertising
- Campaigns from 6 months to 2 yrs in duration
- These sponsorships are limited in number
- Only organizations whose mission and values align with Gumption principles
- Industry exclusivity
- Limited to 5 – 7 sponsors
Business Partners
- On-going long term business relationship
- Short-term one-off projects
- Primarily interested in independent contractors to develop long-term working relationships to solve specific business challenges
- Compensation negotiable and commensurate to value
- Future needs include: producers, video, tech, and writing; social media; VAs; and more
